I am a landscape architect and horticulturist with more than thirty years of hands-on experience working with plants, gardens, and sustainable outdoor environments.My expertise goes far beyond formal training; it has been shaped by decades of observing how plants behave, understanding what thrives in different climates, and designing landscapes that feel alive, resilient, and meaningful.Over the years, as a landscape architect, I have designed and implemented gardens across a wide range of settings, from urban courtyards to ecological restoration projects and national landscape schemes involving major infrastructure. My work brings together deep horticultural knowledge and refined design thinking, ensuring that every project is both beautiful and botanically robust.Alongside my design practice, I specialise in planning and installing efficient irrigation systems, with a strong emphasis on water management and long-term plant health. This technical understanding enables me to create landscapes that are sustainable, climate-sensitive, and easy for clients to maintain.My practical experience is also reflected in GardenPal, the app I founded to help people choose the right plants for their specific environmental conditions and needs. The platform draws directly on my decades of horticultural expertise and my commitment to making gardening more accessible, accurate, and enjoyable for everyone.My approach has always been rooted in a deep respect for nature, thoughtful design, and the belief that gardens should be created to last.
